Admission Procedure

Eligibility
Age eligibility (As on 1st April of the academic session for which admission is sought)
A. Playgroup – 2.5 years
B. Nursery – 3 years
C. KG – 4 years
D. Class I – 5 years
E. Class II onwards – on the basis of previous class.
Procedure
Registration – A duly filled form available from the school is to be submitted with the non-refundable, non-transferable Registration Fee within 7 days from the date of issue of form or the last date given.
A. A copy of birth certificate must be attached with the registration form.
B. Students who have attended other schools need to submit a photocopy of the report card of the last year from the previous school along with transfer certificate.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE REGISTRATION DOES NOT IN ANY WAY GUARANTEE ADMISSION.
Admission Test – The children who have registered will have to appear for an admission test (for class III onwards), which may be written or oral as laid down by the School for different levels. The test will be held for English, Hindi, Mathematics and/or any other subject which may be considered necessary.
A. The selection of the candidates will depend upon the child’s performance in the test/interview and availability of seats in the concerned class.
B. Assessment of the child for admission is also based on the following factors:
o Academic readiness and motivation.
o Social and emotional development.
o Family co-operation in working with the school and meeting the needs of the students.
o Ability of the school to serve the needs of the child.
C. The date of the result of the interview & the last date for the submission of fee will be specified at the time of the test/interview.
D. Based on the admission test and other criteria, the School reserves the right to admit any student who is found fit for admission or refuse admission without assigning any reason. For all matters related to admissions, the decision of the Principal/Management will be final.
Admission To Pre-Nursery
AGE REQUIREMENT
FOR PRE-NURSERY : 2½ + YEARS AS ON 1.4.2014
• The Registration Form duly completed should be deposited by 07.09.2013 positively.
• Submission of application Form does not guarantee admission, which will depend on the number of vacancies.
• Decision of the School Selection Committee for admission would be final.
• Transport facility available on existing routes only.
• Apply separately for EWS Category.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION:
• Attested photocopy of birth certificate from Municipal Corporation.
• One passport size photograph.
• Proof of residence i.e. Ration Card / Voter ID / Telephone Bill / Driving Licence etc. (If it is a rental residence, copy of lease deed from the landlord).
• Attested photocopy of class XII pass certificate as Alumni proof.
• Proof of EWS/BPL Certificate / Monthly Income Certificate (Only for EWS/BPL Candidates)
Admission To LKG
AGE REQUIREMENT
FOR L.K.G. 3 + YEARS AS ON 01.04.2014
• The Registration Form duly completed should be deposited by 07.09.2013 positively.
• Submission of application Form does not guarantee admission, which will depend on the number of vacancies.
• Decision of the School Selection Committee for admission would be final.
• Transport facility available on existing routes only.
• Apply separately for EWS Category.
• List of the selected candidates for LKG would be displayed on 14.09.2013 at 11.00 a.m.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION:
• Attested photocopy of birth certificate from Municipal Corporation.

• Proof of residence i.e. Ration Card / Voter ID / Telephone Bill / Driving Licence etc. (If it is a rental residence, copy of lease deed from the landlord).

Admission will be valid only if the fee is paid in full by the due date along with the necessary documents and certificates as mentioned above and on completion of all formalities.
